My Policy

Hours of Operation:

Normal service hours are between 7AM - 9PM.  $5 extra charge for after hours visits.

Initial Service Consultation:

Prior to any type of service, I will need to set up a free in-home visit so that I can meet you and your pets, and you get the opportunity to meet me.  At this meeting, I can obtain detailed information concerning the care for your pets and home, and also work out your specific service requirements.

Payments:

Payment in full is expected prior to beginning of service. Cash or check only. For regularly scheduled weekly clients payment due beginning of each week.

Returned check fee 35.00

Key Pick-up/Drop-off:

Key pick up or drop off after 2nd service - $10 

Keys also kept for future use.
