Hours of Operation:
Normal service hours are between 7AM - 9PM.  $5 extra charge for after hours visits.

Initial Service Consultation:
Prior to any type of service, I will need to set up a free in-home visit so that I can meet you and your pets, and you get the opportunity to meet me.  At this meeting, I can obtain detailed information concerning the care for your pets and home, and also work out your specific service requirements.

Payment in full is expected prior to beginning of service.  Cash or check only. For regularly scheduled weekly clients, an invoice and envelope for mailing will be left every two weeks.  A check can be left for pick-up, or mailed to the office.                     

Cancellation of any type of walk without at least 4 hours prior notice - $14

Cancellation of any pet sitting service with less than 48 hours confirmed prior notice  -
  25% of total job. Over holiday period - 40%

Cancellation of any overnight pet/house service with less than 5 days confirmed prior notice - 60% of total job 

Key Pick-up/Drop-off:
Key pick up or drop off after 2nd service - $10 (keys normally kept at BPC office)

Returned check fee - $35
